Job summary

As Cambria’s daylight fades, you arrive at Didion ready to keep essential food ingredients moving. You climb into a locomotive cab to spot railcars, switch to a yard truck to reposition trailers, and coordinate precise loadouts that feed our customers’ timelines. Your focus: safety, quality, and flow—every minute from 6pm to 6am.

What you’ll operate
  • Locomotives, yard trucks, and other heavy industrial equipment that drive our logistics.
  • Railcars and trailers—handled with accuracy and care.
  • Loadout systems for high-quality food products ready to ship.
Core responsibilities
  • Run and pre/post-inspect equipment to ensure reliable, safe performance.
  • Execute truck and rail loadouts to hit delivery schedules.
