You will support passengers and staff at a major rail station, perform regular patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining professional, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local law.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel per site policies and security protocols at a public transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned stations, platforms, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, hazardous conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following procedures and contacting appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with supervisors and stakeholders.
