Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial/systems, electrical or computer engineering with rail signaling focus.
• 0–2 years of signaling engineering experience.
• Strong interest in rail signaling technologies (CBTC, CWS, SCADA).
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Proactive, independent and solution-driven mindset.
• Strong attention to detail with safety and performance focus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support system engineering processes across the full project lifecycle (concept, design, implementation, validation).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure components meet architecture and customer requirements.
• Develop and execute integration and testing strategies for performance and safety.
• Manage hardware and software interfaces for seamless subsystems integration.
• Participate in design reviews, safety assessments, and quality assurance activities.
• Identify system risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
