Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of experience in a professional or technical capacity in a railroad or railroad related organization.
• Knowledge of 49 CFR Part 270 regulations.
• Experience with contract management or project management.
• Experience in developing relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in identifying problems and applying decision-making to measure results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rail transportation project development and administration.
• Prepare and review technical documents, schedules, contracts, licenses, and budgets.
• Monitor rail operations and budgets for conformance with contracts and agreements.
• Coordinate activities with local, state, and federal agencies; interact with railroads and CTDOT units.
