Job summary

Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee rail construction and maintenance projects across active customer sites in the United States. You will lead field teams, coordinate with customers and vendors, manage scheduling and cost tracking, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a college degree or construction management experience, plus proven leadership, budgeting, and blueprint-reading abilities.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent construction management experience preferred.
• Experience in railroad construction, maintenance, or industrial operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and safety procedures.
• Experience preparing proposals, reports, and customer correspondence.
• Budgeting, cost management, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rail construction and maintenance projects across multiple sites.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and vendors.
• Ensure work is performed safely and per procedures.
• Read RFPs and prepare professional customer responses.
• Support pricing analysis, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and project reporting.
