Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate (speak, hear and understand) English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to climb/descend ladders and get on/off equipment.
• Ability to work in a safety sensitive environment and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, interpret, and act on information related to train operations.
• Operate track switches and derails to change train routing.
• Inspect trains and equipment for safety and compliance with regulations.
• Work in varied weather and safety-sensitive conditions.
