Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Able to travel as required and work varied shifts.
• Safety sensitive environment awareness.
• Union membership with SMART-TD or BLET.
• No relocation assistance; 60-day probation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information via oral and written means and monitor daily work.
• Operate track switches and derails to route trains.
• Inspect trains and equipment per federal regulations and report conditions.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment with variable weather and terrain.
