Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent attendance and deliver high performance.
• Follow instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Lead by example and train team members on Watco Safety and Operating Principles.
• Oversee daily operations with the Terminal Manager, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and financial stewardship.
• Supervise, train, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Represent the company in customer meetings and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate with support services and complete operational documentation.
