Responsibilities

• Monitors rail movements and updates scheduling systems in real time.
• Verifies waybill numbers and release references for accuracy.
• Holds rail Movements when documentation is incomplete to ensure compliance.
• Prepares and closes paperwork for inbound/outbound rail operations.
• Ensures all rail records are complete and audit-ready and filed properly.
• Maintains organized, retrievable documentation across rail activities.
• Monitors operations to identify delays and readiness issues early.
• Escalates concerns to support decision-making and yard flow.
• Provides clear shift handoffs with status updates and open items.
