Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking a Terminal Coordinator in Irving, Texas, to support dock operations for our largest customer. You will ensure driver safety, manage on-site flow, and coordinate arrivals and departures to meet customer service requirements.

The role requires experience in fleet or logistics, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment. Shift options cover mornings, afternoons, and nights at our Irving facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, transportation, warehouse operations or third-party logistics strongly desired.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with customers, drivers, peers.
• Strong sense of urgency; thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to exceed commitments.
• Knowledge of the Irving TX region and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers meet safety requirements and terminal flow on site.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Monitor trailer pool to address equipment shortages proactively.
• Complete safety checklists for loads entering and leaving the facility.
• Interact professionally with facility staff, drivers, and ITS team members.
• Escalate safety violations to ITS Reno Center leadership and communicate expectations to drivers.
