Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience as a qualified railway locomotive engineer.
• Maintained General Code of Operating Rules (GCOR) qualification.
• Ability to relay instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Educate and monitor safe work practices of operating crews.
• Perform locomotive engineer train crew field evaluations.
• Deliver required skills training to involved personnel.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of railroad operating rules

Effective communication skills

Ability to coach and mentor

Education
