PSC Group is hiring dependable, safety-minded individuals for our Rail Switching team. This full-time outdoor role moves railcars within an industrial facility, supporting day-to-day operations and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• May require a valid Driver's License and/or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Wear all required PPE and pass required medical exams

Responsabilités

• Reviews track lists to identify and organize railcars for spotting, loading, or outbound movement
• Ensures railcars are properly connected and secured by setting brakes and verifying couplings
• Separates loaded cars for shipment from preloaded or empty railcars
• Weights inbound and outbound cars to confirm compliance with weight limits
• Interprets job work orders and follows blueprints/schematics to perform repairs
• Welds, cuts, and gouges using basic mechanical skills
• Follows safety rules and complies with ARS Environmental Health and Safety Policies
• Ensures AAR, ARS and customer quality assurance standards are met
