Job summary

Alstom in Los Angeles is seeking a passionate O&M Supervisor to lead and develop maintenance solutions that ensure reliable transit systems. You will optimize maintenance strategies, drive collaboration across engineering, operations, and maintenance teams, and champion continuous improvement to minimize disruptions.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations/personnel management, knowledge of transportation sectors, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of Operations and Personnel management experience.
• 3–5 years knowledge of public or private sector transportation.
• Familiarity with rail transportation systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding that safety is paramount in all activities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (desirable).
• Must possess a valid California State driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Optimize scalable maintenance strategies to ensure system-wide reliability and efficiency.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Implement robust processes to maximize uptime and minimize service disruptions.
