Qualifications

• Degree in High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).
• Experience or understanding of Operations and Personnel management (3-5 years).
• Knowledge of public or private sector transportation (3-5 years).
• Familiarity with rail transportation systems (desirable).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding that safety is paramount in all activities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Applications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (desirable).
• Must possess a valid California State driver's license.
