Degree in High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred). ,
Experience or understanding of Operations and Personnel management (3-5 years). ,
Knowledge of public or private sector transportation (3-5 years). ,
Familiarity with rail transportation systems (desirable). ,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ,
Leadership and problem-solving abilities. ,
Understanding that safety is paramount in all activities. ,
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Applications. ,
Bilingual in English and Spanish (desirable). ,
Must possess a valid California State driver’s license.
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
