Responsibilities

• Oversee train operations, conductors, and locomotive engineers to ensure safe movement of freight across a 22-state network
• Participate in conductor certification and exposure to terminal/territory operations
• Engage in leadership development and operational efficiency initiatives
• Coordinate safety protocols and adherence to operational policies
