Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Current college seniors are eligible to apply - offers contingent on graduation before start date.
• Minimum of four years of leadership experience in military, manufacturing, transportation or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee train operations and coordinate crews (conductors and locomotive engineers).
