Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily rail schedules with accurate control records.
• Monitor rail movements and update scheduling systems in real time.
• Verify waybill numbers, release references, and movement details.
• Halt rail movements when documentation or release authority is incomplete.
• Prepare and close paperwork for liquid inbound, dry inbound, and dry outbound ops.
• Ensure all rail paperwork is complete and filed.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation across all rail activities.
• Monitor operations to identify delays and readiness issues early.
• Escalate concerns to support decision-making and yard flow.
• Provide clear shift handoffs with open items and schedule status.
