Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee location performance and drive 24/7 service for RCX railroad clients.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, coach, and discipline staff within the location.
• Coordinate driver scheduling and compliance with Hours of Service (HOS).
• Conduct driver training, ride-along evaluations, and performance coaching.
• Maintain relationships with railroad management and ensure safety and incident reporting.
