CPKC, North America’s first transnational railroad, seeks a Manager Mechanical to lead mechanical activities safely and efficiently across the fleet. The role drives performance in safety, service reliability, and productivity while championing accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

Formación

• 2+ years in railway operations in a leadership role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong safety mindset and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and communicates KPIs for train service operations.
• Leads safety initiatives and ensures adherence to safety policies.
• Coordinates with field operations to meet customer expectations.
• Maintains relationships with local union officials and monitors gain sharing.
• Implements lean continuous improvement to boost productivity.
• Oversees repairs and cycle times for locomotive and cars.
