Role Overview:

This is a seasonal position, allowing you to utilize your winters for travel, hunting, fishing, or other personal activities while your benefits continue year-round.

This role involves safely moving freight, stock, and other materials by hand or with heavy equipment, driving vehicles, operating machinery, and assisting workers to perform tasks safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include performing or scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance, sometimes at elevated platforms with heavy tools, loading and unloading railcars or trucks, inspecting incoming materials, verifying receipts, keeping records, maintaining and cleaning vehicles, machinery, and equipment, and recommending safety improvements. Compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, DNR, MSHA, and other regulations is essential, along with attending training sessions. Travel is required, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to hold and maintain proper licensure and an acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include overtime, nights, and some Saturdays.
