Minimum Requirements
  1. High School diploma or General Education Degree, or equivalent experience.
  2. Ability to obtain and maintain proper licensure and a valid driving record.
  3. Flexibility to work shifts including overtime, nights, and some Saturdays.
Role Overview

This position involves safely moving freight, stock, and other materials by hand or using heavy equipment, driving vehicles, or operating machinery. Responsibilities include performing or scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance, loading and unloading railcars or trucks, inspecting incoming materials, verifying receipts, keeping records, maintaining vehicles and equipment, and recommending safety improvements. Compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, DNR, MSHA regulations is essential, along with attending training. Travel may be required, and other duties may be assigned.
