Qualifications

• Rail or mechanical experience preferred, hands-on work environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights up to 20 feet.

Responsibilities

• Prepare railcars for shipment, doors and bridge plates handling.
• Load and unload vehicles onto railcars following standards.
• Ensure proper spacing and securement of vehicles on outbound railcars.
• Maintain buck loaders, ramps, and door tracks; inspect as needed.
• Conduct monthly inspections and assist with maintenance tasks.
