Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred.
• Minimum 10 years railroad engineering or infrastructure management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with asset management and capital projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Maintenance of Way and infrastructure activities.
• Develop asset management strategies and capital improvement programs.
• Oversee safety, FRA compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and project delivery.
