• Greet independent guests traveling on Wilderness Express and assist with luggage
• Check guests in and assign rail seats and guide them to their seats on the rail cars
• Facilitate train depot arrival and departure process
• Assist guests with luggage issues and ensure smooth transitions between departures and arrivals
• Maintain a friendly and flexible demeanor across shifts
