Job summary

You will monitor railcar movements, process lease invoices, manage maintenance spends, and coordinate with rail carriers to resolve disruptions. Strong analytical skills and experience with TMS/ERP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of rail logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience with railcar tracking systems and TMS/ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor railcar movements and maintain fleet visibility.
• Process railcar lease invoices and reconcile charges.
• Review maintenance invoices and validate against contracts.
• File and manage railroad claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Generate reports on fleet performance and spend.
• Coordinate with logistics, plant ops, finance and rail partners.
