The role requires rail and environmental field service operations experience, on-call emergency readiness, and the ability to manage vendors and client communications.

Qualifications

• Rail experience in environmental field service operations.
• Travel overnight up to 2–4 nights per month is required.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Strong ability to interface with clients and management.
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage, reconcile and review job documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field service operations and crew.
• Ensure safety and equipment readiness before jobs.
• Train Technicians I and II on equipment operation and processes.
• Complete all service paperwork and submit to management.
• On-call for emergency response on rotating schedule.
