Job summary

Clean Harbors in Cranston, RI is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This role ensures equipment operates safely, drives site efficiency and that all job documentation is completed accurately and on time.

You will train Technicians I and II, manage client relations, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with management to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar industry.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• Ability to be on-call for emergency response situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority and enforce safe work practices.
• Read work orders, ensure equipment is available and operational before starting jobs.
• Instruct and lead technicians to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce HPC safety policies.
• Safely operate vehicles per DOT and local regulations.
