Job summary

FMW Solutions Llc is seeking dedicated welders to join our shop team located just outside Chattanooga, TN. The role focuses on SMAW and FCAW welding, reading blueprints, fitting and fabricating to tight tolerances, and maintaining a strong safety mindset.

Candidates must pass background checks and drug/alcohol testing. Comprehensive benefits are offered, including health insurance and 401K + match. Employee wage will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass SMAW plate 2g and 3g weld test.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to fit and fabricate within 1/32" tolerance.
• Background in visual inspection.
• Proficient in SMAW and FCAW.
• Operational understanding of SWPS, WPS, WPQR.
• Pipe fitting experience is a plus.
• Must be committed to working safely.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be a team player and a good communicator.
• Must be able to pass pre-screening and random drug and alcohol testing.
