Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience required; 9+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of Operating Rules, AMT-2, AMT-3, PTC Systems.
• Ability to audit processes and improve testing procedures.
• Experience delivering training on quality assurance and testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of rail equipment testing plans across departments.
• Collaborate with T&E Crews to ensure equipment readiness and testing integrity.
• Mentor a team of qualifications and testing professionals.
• Coordinate with host railroads and movement offices to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop curriculum for new equipment introductions with Training Department.
• Audit compliance with Operating Practices and System Road Foreman’s Office.
