Job summary

Amtrak Compliance QA/QC Auditor role available; oversee systemwide adherence to federal regulations, railroad operating rules and safety practices. Travel across the territory will be required to audit, analyze data, and improve internal controls.

The ideal candidate has strong data analysis, QA/QC, and safety program experience, with Power BI/Enablon skills and a valid driver's license. This role supports risk reduction and safety enhancements across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience and valid driver’s license.
• Certification in QA/QC, safety or related discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of FRA, OSHA, EPA or Transport Canada rules and processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality and safety assurance activities and audits for compliance with laws and Amtrak standards.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Produce audit reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Review data for statistically valid representation and maintain records.
