Job summary

TTX Company in North Augusta, South Carolina, is seeking an experienced EHS leader to evaluate and improve safety, environmental, and training programs across Repair Shop Operations and Field Maintenance Operations. This role includes travel to multiple locations and a hybrid work schedule.

You will develop policies, lead incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across teams to raise safety performance and standardize processes throughout the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years working with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EHS Supervisor.
• Develop and perform safety and technical training programs.
• Implement safety programs and policies to prevent incidents or health impairment.
• Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and host railroad safety officers to identify safety risks.
• Coordinate and facilitate Repair Shop Operations and Field Maintenance Operations safety committees.
