You will supervise crew members, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality specifications.

The role requires strong expertise in rail installation, grading, ballast operations, and plan interpretation, with a focus on safety and collaboration with project managers and inspectors.

Formación

• Experience leading rail construction and/or maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of rail installation, grading, and ballast operations.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proven safety leadership and team supervision skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Capability to inspect work and ensure quality compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret plans to support rail work.
• Oversee track laying, grading, and ballast placement.
• Inspect and verify work quality and correct installation.
• Enforce safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture.
• Train, mentor, and guide crew performance.
• Coordinate with project managers and inspectors.
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate field documentation.
• Troubleshoot field issues and support problem-solving.
