Job summary

Watco Transloading is seeking a conductor/engineer to control and coordinate train movements while switching railcars at yards or industrial sites. This is a manual labor role with an hourly pay rate of $22.

Shifts are on-call with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, and training is provided to develop skills and safety awareness. You will learn to read and interpret orders, follow signals, and operate locomotives under railroad rules, contributing to safe, efficient loading and unloading for

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Control and coordinate train movements to switch railcars in yards or facilities.
• Follow signals and railroad rules to operate locomotive safely.
