Job summary

Auto Warehousing Company is hiring two full-time Rail Loaders at our East Liberty location. This role involves loading vehicles onto railcars, securing them properly, and preparing railcars for transport. You will operate in outdoor environments, often in varying weather, and work a physically demanding schedule.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid State Driver's license required.
• Balance and three-point contact are essential.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto rail cars.
• Secure vehicles on rail cars with chocks or chains.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings.
• Train new employees and temporary workers.
• Maintain safe and professional conduct at all times.
• Work outdoors in all weather and respond to changing tasks.
