Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Project Management or relevant field.
• Two years of engineering or project management experience required.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure project management principles.
• Knowledge of contract administration related to public works construction projects.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and contract specifications.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, scope of work, staffing plans, and schedules for assigned projects.
• Review plans and designs with SMEs for constructibility and cost efficiency.
• Supervise on-site inspections to ensure progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Assist in contract administration: bids, changes, payments, and vendor performance.
