Job summary

SWAT Environmental seeks candidates within 10 miles of Pepperell, MA to install radon mitigation systems. Training and certification are paid, with a company vehicle provided for daily home visits.

The role involves inspecting homes, determining optimal system placement, and installing mitigation equipment, including drilling, PVC work, fans, and sealing penetrations. Qualifying candidates have 1+ years in construction or skilled trades and are willing to obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades, or apprenticeship is preferred.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications.
• Hands-on experience in trades such as maintenance, plumbing, carpentry or related fields is valued.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and work with customers to determine the most effective placement of radon mitigation systems.
• Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, cutting & running PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes.
