Job summary

Elekta is seeking an Associate Field Service Engineer based in Kirksville, MO to perform mechanical and electronic repairs on the designated modality while upholding professional customer relations. The role requires living near or relocating to the area and travel as needed.

Responsibilities include calibrations, maintenance, and reading schematics; you will submit reports and manage parts inventory while upholding Elekta values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Physics or related discipline.
• Proficiency with test equipment and hand tools.
• Willing to travel and work unsociable hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform low risk troubleshooting and repairs on the designated modality.
• Perform supervised calibrations and preventative maintenance on their designated modality.
• Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Submit timely and accurately service reports, timesheets, expense reports, film badges and other paperwork as assigned.
• Parts inventory management and maintain all company equipment.
