Freeman Hospital is seeking a Radiotherapy Engineer (Band 6) to join the Radiotherapy Engineering Group. The successful candidate will perform maintenance and fault diagnosis on radiotherapy equipment, ensuring high reliability to support patient treatments.

Based primarily at Freeman Hospital, with work on related sites as required. Experience in engineering maintenance, with an apprenticeship or equivalent, and aim for professional registration as a Clinical Technologist with RCT or AHCS is

Competenze

• Applications are invited from candidates with a degree level qualification or equivalent experience in an appropriate discipline, and demonstrable relevant experience, having completed a recognised engineering, technical apprenticeship or training course.
• Post holder will be expected to work towards professional registration as a Clinical Technologist with RCT or AHCS.
