Qualifications

• Requires a pharmacy degree (B.S. or Pharm.D.) and licensure; nuclear certification preferred.
• Experience in nuclear pharmacy practice and familiarity with radiopharmaceuticals preferred.
• Ability to interpret regulations and maintain cGMP compliance in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Compound, dispense radiopharmaceuticals and manage daily dose reports.
• Ensure USP<797>, <823>, and state regs compliance for radiopharmacy.
• Maintain QA documentation, investigations, CAPAs and deviations as needed.
• Train nuclear pharmacy technicians and supervise floor QA activities.
• Review batch records and assist change controls and SOPs with QA.
