Job summary

SOFIE seeks a Nuclear Pharmacist I in Cleveland, OH to compound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals in a clean room while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. You will work with QA to support cGMP practices and safety programs on site.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain licenses, train technicians, and uphold strict environmental and radiation safety standards in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with required state license.
• Nuclear certification preferred.
• Experience in nuclear pharmacy or PET is a plus.
• Strong ability to read and interpret regulations.
• Demonstrated management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Compound, dispense, and distribute radiopharmaceuticals in a clean room.
• Maintain QA and regulatory compliance including cGMP.
• Review batch records with QA; initiate and close investigations as needed.
• Write, review, and implement SOPs and procedures.
• Train nuclear pharmacy technicians and supervise on-site activities.
• Coordinate with QA and site leadership to ensure safety and quality.
