Job summary

RLS Radiopharmacies is seeking a Nuclear Pharmacist to lead sterile radiopharmaceutical preparation and dispensing. The role includes supervising a shift and ensuring adherence to pharmacy policies and safety rules.

The ideal candidate will have Pharm.D. or Pharm.D. candidacy with internship licensure, be willing to become a radioactive materials user, and hold active licensure or eligibility to practice pharmacy in the United States. Strong communication and on-call readiness are essential.

Qualifications

Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy or intern licensure with expected graduation within one year.
Willingness to become an authorized user of radioactive materials.
Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice pharmacy.
Willingness to work on an on-call basis, with 45-minute arrival.
Ability to accommodate shift changes based on business needs.
Valid driver’s license to operate delivery area.
Able to lift 25–50 lbs routinely (occasional 70 lbs).
Willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Experience with sterile compounds or radiopharmaceuticals is preferred.
Experience in a clean room environment is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Responsibilities

Exemplifies compliance with all regulations, policies, and health and safety rules.
Process and review customer orders from receipt to final packaging.
Accurately set up and compound radiopharmaceuticals.
Supervise shift activities in line with pharmacy policies.
Supervise leukocyte labeling procedures.
