Job summary

TerraPower Isotopes is hiring a Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory, receiving, storage, and shipment activities in support of radiopharmaceutical production. The role requires hands-on warehouse work in a regulated setting and collaboration with the Everett team in a startup environment.

Qualified candidates will have at least five years in logistics, strong documentation skills, and experience with ERP/LIMS systems. Flexible hours, safety focus, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience with receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, quarantine/release, shelf-life tracking.
• Experience with ERP, LIMS, or other material-management systems.
• Ability to perform hands-on warehouse activities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in LIMS/ERP and related systems.
• Receive, inspect, store, replenish, and disposition materials.
• Handle pallet jacks, forklifts and ensure safe, orderly work areas.
• Prepare materials for shipment with proper labeling and documentation.
• Coordinate shipments with Operations, customers and carriers.
• Support procurement requests and supplier communications.
• Develop and improve logistics and shipping processes.
