Isotopia Molecular Imaging ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist at our US headquarters in Indianapolis to manage packaging, shipping, and delivery of radiopharmaceutical isotope products. You will coordinate with internal teams and carriers to ensure compliant, timely shipments.

The role requires strong communication, organization, supply chain experience, and knowledge of GDP, GMP, and US DOT guidelines, with weekend availability a possibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably healthcare or pharmaceutical.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare packaging for radiopharmaceutical isotope products, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain prompt communications with customers and sales team regarding orders, logistics, delivery, and billing.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, US DOT, and applicable regulatory guidelines during transportation and storage.
• Arrange shipping logistics, including carrier selection and shipment scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Track shipments from origin to destination and address issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, regulatory affairs, and finance for seamless product flow.
• Collaborate with transportation partners to optimize methods, reduce lead times and costs.
• Stay updated on logistics industry trends and best practices.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to join our dynamic radiopharmaceutical company. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely packaging, shipment, and delivery of our radiopharmaceutical isotope products. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, manage logistics operations, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organization skills, supply chain expertise, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the radiopharmaceutical industry. Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Prepare packaging for radiopharmaceutical isotope products, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain prompt communications with customers and the sales team to communicate orders, logistics, successful delivery of final products, and billing
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, US DOT, and applicable regulatory guidelines during transportation and storage
• Arrange shipping logistics, including selecting carriers and scheduling shipments to meet delivery deadlines
• Track shipments from origin to destination, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise
• Ensure successful and on-time delivery of products to customers
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, regulatory affairs, and finance, to ensure seamless final product flow and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with transportation partners to optimize shipping methods, reduce lead times, and manage transportation costs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management
• May assist with and/or provide local delivery of customer packages in the Indianapolis area.
• May be required to be available on the weekend

Education and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for shipping radiopharmaceutical products is a plus
