Job summary

TerraPower LLC in Everett, Washington is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to manage procurement, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and material movement supporting radiopharmaceutical production. You will coordinate shipments and ensure compliance with regulations in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role blends hands-on warehouse work with documentation and system responsibilities, within a startup-like team.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or procurement.
Experience with receiving, warehousing, inventory control, material movement, and related documentation.
Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts and work in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Inventory and supply management: maintain auditable records and perform receiving, inspection, storage, and replenishment.
Shipping and regulated material handling: prepare shipments and ensure regulatory compliance for radioactive materials.
Procurement activities: coordinate procurement requests and act as a primary contact for operations.
Logistics systems and process improvement: develop and improve logistics processes; maintain procedures and records.
Assist in establishing controls for safe, compliant, and auditable logistics operations.
