Ascent Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead radiopharmaceutical and life sciences logistics programs. The role demands deep operational command of isotope shipments and cross-functional coordination across healthcare networks.

You will drive milestone tracking, disruption response, and regulatory alignment within a senior, high-visibility 4PL control tower model. Excellent decision-making under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in time-critical logistics operations or control tower management.
• Solid understanding of healthcare supply chains and cold-chain logistics.
• Direct radiopharmaceuticals or nuclear medicine experience is a major plus.
• Track record of fast, high-consequence routing decisions under pressure.
• Ability to translate operational metrics into reporting and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operational command of time-sensitive isotope shipments end-to-end.
• Identify risks early and re-route to avoid delays.
• Coordinate cross-functional network with couriers, airport ops, and internal tech teams.
• Ensure regulatory and safety alignment for hazardous, radioactive materials.
• Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA when disruptions occur.
• Build and scale the control tower operating model and playbooks.
