Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an entry‑level Logistics Coordinator to support the logistics team with shipping, receiving, and documentation. You will help maintain records, coordinate with couriers, and assist with daily operations across global shipments.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates, and collaboration with vendors and internal partners to ensure compliant, on‑time delivery in a fast‑moving biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred in business, logistics, or supply chain.
• Basic knowledge of shipping processes or courier services is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/WMS experience desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and customs forms.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and maintain logs and records.
• Coordinate with couriers, freight providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Audit invoices and ensure alignment with shipment records and compliance.
• Escalate delays or issues to senior staff and support vendor coordination.
