AdventHealth Lake Mary in Florida is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform X-ray procedures, ensure patient and staff safety, and maintain imaging records. The role requires state-registered operation and adherence to safety standards in a full-time daytime setting.

You will work within a supportive team, float to other FHMG practices when needed, and maintain quality control of imaging services while upholding infection control and documentation requirements.

Qualificações

• Willing to float to other FHMG practices as needed.
• Clear, legible English communication with patients and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and protect from hazards.
• Operate radiographic equipment for diagnosis and treatment, following safety procedures.
• Set ionizing factors and adjust radiographic controls.
• Position patients and take X-rays as requested by physician.
• Process films and ensure timely availability of reports and images.
• Maintain records, logs and monthly reports.
• Perform quality checks to meet standards and safety regulations.
• Stock supplies and manage film stock; report equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
