Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and an Associate degree in radiologic technology is preferred. BLS and X-Ray Operator certifications are required, with potential for 1+ year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology preferred.
• BLS and Basic X-Ray Machine Operator certifications required.
• 1+ year of basic x-ray operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for radiologic procedures and protects patient, self and other staff from radiation hazards.
• Operates radiographic equipment for diagnosis and treatment and ensures infection control.
• Ensures timely reports and films are available for the physician.
