Job summary

Urgent Team in the Greater Knoxville area seeks experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. This position performs x-ray testing, operates diagnostic equipment, and prepares the room with the necessary supplies for procedures while assisting with Medical Assistant duties.

Full-time staff work a rotating 36–40 hour week with 12-hour shifts and every-other weekend; PRN options are also available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• AR State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and guide them through the exam process.
• Document vital signs, medical history, and current medications.
• Perform radiology procedures and ensure proper radiation protection.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report any malfunctions.
• Assist with front desk tasks and patient check-in/out as needed.
